That's a shame. Sad I hadn't booked for this though, I must admit. I'd much rather see her in a play, so I'm waiting for Diana to tread the boards again in the UK. I'm keeping everything crossed that she will act on the British stage again Exclamation Does anyone know if she has any plans for this in the future? Rich.

oh bummer. Do you know why?

No explanation was given.
I booked my ticket the other day and got one at the front of the circle so I suspect low ticket sales may have been the problem. Sad

How much were the tickets ie were they expensive?

£30 which is reasonable for the West End.

Yes, it was reasonable, I paid £40 for the same show last year at the Watermill Tlheatre, Newbury last year.

Sadly the Broadway appearance has been cancelled (https://www.playbill.com/news/article/love-letters-will-end-broadway-run-early-336922) but Playbill reports Rigg will be making a one-off appearance early in January (http://www.playbill.com/news/article/new-yorks-symphony-space-will-welcome-diana-rigg-337141)

Great news! I've only SEEN her choices on the BBC website, now I can finally HEAR them as well. Brilliant!

BTW, it seems to work outside the UK too.

Thanks for posting the link for Diana's desert island discs. Looking forward to listening to this when I get time. I've taped her interview on Jonathan Ross. Looking forward to watching this. Like Joanna Lumley, Diana is a terrific chat show guest. Cool Did anyone see her stage performance with Charles Dance last month Question Sadly I couldn't make it. I'm still hoping to see her on stage one day. If anyone hears of any plans Diana has to tread the boards in the UK again, please let me know. Maybe a few of us can arrange to go along and watch her next play. Smile Rich.

That was interesting, forthright as usual. No doubt there about what she thought of George Lazenby Razz

Diana did compliment George, she said he was really good in the On Her Majesty's Secret Service - Bond film, but that he got too big-headed.

No Avengers clip and Diana referred to Ian Hendry as, ‘that man who left.’

She called Lazenby "a shitbag". I'd hate to hear her being less than complimentary!

Dame Diana Rigg introduced a selection of music inspired by her career as an actress today on BBC Radio 3 at 2pm
Mostly classical but one John Barry and just good to hear her.

Diana Rigg is wonderful in the new series of Game Of Thrones.

Natalie Dormer who plays her granddaughter does look rather like a young Diana !
