My god what an actress, she scared the crap out of me!
She played it so well!

One hell of a creepy role! It made my skin crawl when I first watched it.

Is this ever going to be released on DVD?

Mother Love is to be shown on Sky Arts Plus 1 starting Monday October 21st!!!

Yes and I thought it was a very good movie! Diana was great and I'm a fan of Vincent Price too.

Absolutely love Theatre Of Blood, one of Price's finest hours (and a half).

Saw the brilliant stage version 4 times with Jim Broadbent essaying Price's role of Edward Lionheart and Rachel Stirling retracing her mother's footsteps as Edwina.

Well I just finished watching 'Theatre of Blood' and I thought it was really good. Apart from the murders (a little bit too much detail in my opinion) but apart from that it was great.
And funny to see Diana and Ian Hendry in the same film.

Not liking Diana Rigg's spooky-looking picture on her Wikipedia entry. Anyone know how to change it? She's far prettier than that...

That's a photo 'enhanced' by Anne who is /was a member of this Forum.
I've tried to upload a photo of Ken Russell on his Wikipedia page and it's next to impossible.

Well, after I had uploaded it to the "commons", I tried to have it removed because this image doesn't satisfy me either. The administrators never accepted! I gave up...

I'll never do that again. Once you've given them something, this thing, whatever it is, really, no longer belongs to you. Shocked And apparently, they think that this image is ok, so... what to do? Question

I think we all know about the troubles David has had with his host, resulting in the loss of his international forum. Bad thing, really!

Another site has disappeared from the family though : Liz' "Definitive Diana Rigg"!

Does anyone know about that? Has the site gone forever? If Liz is a member here, maybe she could tell us?

A whole Diana Rigg-dedicated place gone! Sounds like a nightmare! Dame Diana deserves more than one site, doesn't she? Crying or Very sad

I think Liz has moved it rather than deleted it but I can't remember where to.
And, Dame Diana has my healthy discussion group - The Ministry of Riggism - you can always re-join! You would be very welcome Very Happy

Hi Barry,

I really hope that Liz only moved her site, but I feel a bit pessimistic. If she had done so, she would have advertised about it. As far as I've seen, she hasn't. Question

It's true that your place still exists. It's not what we can call a web-site though. I hope you don't mind me writing this. Wink Thank you very much for inviting me coming back Very Happy , but... what about "who-you-know"? There's not enough oxygen for the both of us there, I'm afraid.

I just read on your homepage that maybe AAMM would go to Broadway. Is that official? Is the project mentioned somewhere or is it only a wish? Question

Apparently, Diana is interested - it's just about getting backers now Very Happy
I can't go because they won't let me into the States - I would have gone to see Ken Russell's 'Mindgame' which is in rehearsal right now at the SoHo Theatre Off-Broadway but can't... Crying or Very sad

Just watched The minikillers (On youtube) which Diana Rigg made in Spain I think, during her time on the Avengers. Only 30 seconds of this Avengers homage. Does anyone know anything more about this clip or if there was more than 30 seconds made.

I wouldn't call it an avenger homage! It's barely worth watching! Diana Rigg herself has denied it. The film lasts 31 minutes, and you lose nothing if you can't see it in full. Wink

Also on youtube is a 2 minute clip of the Diana show from the mid 70s which guest starred Patrick!

Yes, and this one is worth watching. Patrick Macnee plays Brian, a pianist ex lover of the said Diana. The whole of it is quite moving. Seeing them together again... Smile

^If you join the Diana Rigg forum and ask for the VIP section you can watch the full episode and more episodes of 'Diana'.
And if anyone would like to see Theatre of Blood full screen, instead of on Youtube, just ask and I'll upload it Wink
