Legacy of Death - took him three years to build, despite the instructions saying it should take a six year old three hours to build.
The same joke was used years later in "As Time Goes By" when Lionel (Geoffrey Palmer) decides to build a model ship.

Which very close-up photographer said "For the collection"? 
A clue - It's a Tara one.
Another clue - there is a window cleaning company in the episode he's in!
