....which works out at just under 34.

Now down to 46....

My set was dispatched on Monday and will take a few weeks to arrive via international shipping. In the mean time I'd be curious to read any first impressions if any others have got their hands on the spoils yet.

I received my copy of the U.K. version yesterday. Everything seems great in regards to audio pitch etc.
They have the episodes in production order with exception to putting 'The Forget-Me-Not first before 'Invasion of the earth men'.

I had a quick look on amazon and couldn't see any new extras listed compared to the DVD box set - can anyone confirm there's nothing new?

I received my copy of the German version shipped to the States the other day. If I had it to do all over again, I'd prolly spent the extra money and opted for the UK version.

The packaging looks like its a bootleg tucked into a big blu-ray case with a slipcase. Also the menus are all in German. I was assuming there would be an option for English menus.

Oh well.

That slipcase is annoying, as are the discs which are difficult to read when trying to see what number they are, but for 36 I'm more than happy:

Some random grabs: I'll try to post a few more when I can:

I am really hoping for a region A release, like we got with series 5. Or even a streaming purchase option on amazon or vudu. Love me some Tara, and I only have some poor quality copies.

Amazon has bumped 4 & 5 up to 65 and then sent me an email encouraging me to buy them.

Ingeniously post modern!

I think I'm about four discs in now and aside from a brief moment in Game the image is very clean. The only room for improvement would perhaps be digital removal of Steed's sideburns. Next time!
