Yes indeed! I first identified him through an episode of Morecambe & Wise and have credited him for a few years now. He's also in "The Hour that Never was" and "Honey for the Prince"

I suspect for many years he is Kurt Schiegl (ex-boxer).

That is truly fantastic! I've always wondered why he didn't get a credit.
I wonder if he and George Chuvalo got together during filming? They were both boxers and both were extras in TNA.

Many thanks, Denis!

My favorite role with Charles in The Avengers is sad Napoleon. He so fun and played great military commander with the soul. Fine! Smile

From my point of view, Josino's double and Tout are clearly same man.

Ear, nose, faint mustache, chin, almost identical hairstyle (that seen on screen) and even the hat on his head at the same angle.

Also, Paul as a journalist in episode Death's Door. Wink

Yes, Piers, as for John Cam I was based on results from Moviedude, and Gerard Lovell here:
http://www.britmovie.co.uk/forums/extras/103965-sighted-ah-there-you-196.html

Frankly, I had no doubt in these sources (unlike IMDB and aveleyman) and did not continue the search.

Now I researched topic:
http://www.britmovie.co.uk/forums/british-television/101856-top-5-dr-who-pic-search-2.html

Seems actually John Cam is other person.
Thanks for info, Piers. Wink I hope we find out who is really our extra in Two's a crowd.

Definitely spot on with Paul... funny, I was sure I had him and a few others identified for Death's Door but it would seem not... Fixed now, thanks again!
Yes, that was the britmovie thread that I doubted about John Cam, the eyes are similar but the rest not, to my mind.

Yes, it's strange that Kurt went out a credit - maybe for the first time.
Possibily they mistakenly considered his not in that category (just the theory: if as stuntman, is sense - many stunts were uncredited).

Umm, I never thought about it earlier - Kurt and George Chuvalo could be together during filming! Confused Based on the production schedule it seems incredible, but since we do not have detailed reports - it is possible in principle that they intersected. Confused

What are your view on William F. Sully in episode "The Bird who Knew too Much"? I'm pretty sure this is he. Wink

By the way, I identified Raf del la Torre by obtaining a 1972 L-Z Actors Spotlight and once I saw his photo, looked him up to verify.

I've now just watched "The Dalek Master Plan" and can confirm that the man identified as John Cam is NOT our beaky regular.

Interestingly, Piers. Were there other Avengers performers that you identyfied using Spotlight or it was mainly Britmovie and resources like moviedude? Wink Well, I personally enjoyed the Spotlight - seems you can always trust for info (though of course no one is immune from mistakes).

Excellent, want to believe our beaky regular was somewhere in the credits.

By the way, Piers, other appearence of George Fisher:

Private Collins in Esprit De Corps

Identification: my friend and me (when watching the episode). Wink

An interesting study I conducted recently.

Look at the episode Room Without a View.
We perceive the actor on pic below for a long time as Michael Chow. The actor plays a role as a laundryman.

However, when compared with the images of the real Michael Chow, seems he always was listed in the credits, I came to the conclusion that our actor are other person.

Real Michael Chow:

Espionage (episode from 1963)

The Saint (episode from 1965)

You Only Live Twice (1967)

Thanks Denis, very helpful as always.
Spotlight is great because the actors or their agents supply the photos so you KNOW they're right - it's a casting directory so they have to be accurately shown to be cast in the right roles.

Thanks, Piers, for info about Spotlight. Smile Wonder if this can help to identify the extra below - a porter from episode "Room without a View":

The actor who is known as Fred Machon. Sadly, I have not found any work wherever he was in the credits that to confirm. Sad That is, while the different websites referred to him as Fred Machon, can we be sure?

Yesterday I conducted a study (newspapers, books, etc) for the actor Philip Ross, who played extra (Hospital Attendant) in the episode "The Fear Merchants", and came to an interesting conclusion: our actor and australian performer Phillip Ross are same person. Smile

Moreover, found a unmentioned fact on any movie bases, that he also played a policeman in a Hitchcok's film Frenzy (1972).

General information for actor Phillip Ross (billed as Philip Ross in "The Fear Merchants"):

Born: 1929 in Perth, Western Australia, Australia

Married on actress Felicity Gordon approx. in 1964. Together they played in several productions.

News on Today:

I conducted for some weeks the research for Michel Faure (Pavret in episode "Death's Door"), which as was known by TV and movie bases appeared in some television plays in Britain...

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1270759/

and found finally confirmation that our actor and writer Michel Faure is same person.

http://culturemontreal.ca/d2YWc5N/wp-content/uploads/0208/10/Notes-biographiques-Candidats-2008-2008-10-30-436-ko.pdf

I had some misgivings before (when spent the identification of writer Michel on photos of our time), but never found the info that he did any acting works.

Now we knows general information for writer/actor Michel Faure:

Born: December 31, 1934 in Paris, France

Married to Joan Fraser, a longtime Montreal Gazette reporter and editor who was appointed to the Senate in 1998. Daughters: Elisabeth and Isabelle.

Made his career in England, France and Canada mainly as TV writer.

Last book: Mr. Zuko Takes Flight (2015)
