The Eagle's Nest
Really curious. For many years, the person in the frame below (from Piers' website) seemed familiar to me...
...and only today I decided to watch this fragment in order to try to study the face better.
Who would have thought.
When I saw this actor in full face, I realized that it is Harry Tierney, but I did not think about him at all when I saw him in profile.
This once again proves how distorted our perception of the face can be, depending on the angle from which we are looking.

Saint (1968)
2. Moreover, looks like Aidan Harrington was there too.

Thanks Denis, I'll see if I can get a clearer grab of Aidan, I'm sure you're right there. There a couple of monks I still need to grab as well. _________________ Mrs Peel, you're needed!

Thank you, Piers. If you're curious, I took the screenshots from American DVD.
Oh, this is exactly the case when the Blu Ray editions with The New Avengers would solve a lot of problems with fuzzy images. Although the Avengers in 4k would also be helpful for background faces (especially, in The Living Dead). _________________ Denis |

YES, I concur...a decent blu-ray, or even 4K release of either avengers, or NEW Avengers, would improve images, greatly. but the chances for a U.S. RELEASE IS SLIM...as there's not much interest from Lionsgate, who currently has licensed U.S. rights from Studio Canal |

Yes, apparently it will take a very long time to wait, even though I suspect the negatives of the original Avengers are just lying on the shelf and can be taken up at any time. I wonder in what resolution these scans were made - I guess that in 8k (if so it means it makes great sense to buy the series in 4k resolution if it appears). _________________ Denis |

It's a nice surprise to have Pam Rose on the boat of our ship called TNA.
Finally yesterday I tried to get to http://www.pamroseleesubsirln.com through VPN and I get this window:
Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /index.html could not be found on this server.
I have changed several IPs in different countries and still I get this window. But it's nice to know that this site is still alive. Umm. _________________ Denis |

That's odd, it works fine for me. Maybe it's your VPN that is causing it to be blocked. _________________ Mrs Peel, you're needed!

So now we know that Pam played one of the girls in the TNA episode House of Cards (1976), and exactly:

Pam has told me that's definitely her, great stuff! _________________ Mrs Peel, you're needed!

I tried it with popular browsers (including Tor) - the result is the same. I cannot understand what this may be connected with. All other sites work perfectly through Tor.
Piers, you didn't ask Pam about the other girls with her in that TNA episode? _________________ Denis |

Thanks, Piers, I think she should have taken the hint.

Well, if we bypass the main performers and go to the guests, then the distribution of the first place will go to the two men:
Edwin Richfield (6 episodes, 1961-1968)
Norman Chappell (6 episodes, 1961-1969)
If we look at stuntmen part-time actors of bit roles, then the first place will go to Terence Plummer (9 episodes, 1965-1969). _________________ Denis |

Yes, it is difficult to remember the details of those times, Pam went through a lot of films and people. In the end, even Elizabeth Robillard could not remember any of the girls for sure in the Avengers episode where she participated. _________________ Denis |

What The Butler Saw
Thanks to Blu Ray, I discovered John Tatham as a man in bar. This is definitely him, since in one footage he turns in full face, but the camera shoots a little lower.

one of the benefits of blu-ray..clears up images, and allows for detail obversations....compare images..from VHS era, to dvd, to now blu-ray... |
