Beverley Keys
Model, film and TV extra, who appeared in The New Avengers.
Since yesterday I have sent material to the headquarters of the IMDb to create a page about the Beverley Keys. The new IMDb page is already online.
https://www.imdb.com/name/nm12818094/
Additionally, it is worth noting that Beverley's participation in The New Avengers was also mentioned in the print media, for example here:

Exactly! Guided by your page, Piers, and information from Britmovie for some points.
Her musical husband John Simpkin, who plays in a Covers band called Peach, has a Facebook page:

IMDB is so full of errors, I hardly know where to start.
For instance, Ian Colin, who was in Kill the King, was also in Dangerman as a publican but he was miscreditted as "Ian Collin", and has a second entry in IMDB under that name.
Also, they've confused the English David J. Nicholls with the Canadian Dave Nichols and put the Canadian who was in The New Avengers Complex, as the English guy, presumably because it's The New Avengers.
English David Nicolls: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0629466/?ref_=ttfc_fc_cl_t15
Canadian Dave Nichols: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0629565/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_1 _________________ Mrs Peel, you're needed!

There's a reason it's called "The Inaccurate Movie Database"
I'm certain I've seen Unity Bevis-Jones in something I watched recently, but IMDb only seems to think she was in that Avengers episode and nothing else, ever. _________________ Last watched: "The Medicine Men" |

Thanks, Piers, for these notes. Sadly, the current state of affairs with the IMDb shows that over long years it is still replete with many errors, chaotic editing of information (when, for example, you can make the correct edit, and someone else will correct it back to the error) and the absence of many TV and film products, including noticeable at the time (recently I updated the database with information about British old television productions and at some point I just got tired of doing it, wondering how much was missing on IMDb).
I have partially corrected the situation with our David Nichols at the IMDb and hopefully someone will not spoil it.
So...
Canadian Dave Nichols, who played in The New Avengers.
Birthname: David Bruce Nichols.
Born: 16 January 1943, Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Died: 3 April 2012, Toronto, Ontario, Canada
David was a man of many diverse talents; actor, broadcaster, author, pilot, sailor and singer. Son of the B.M. and Maxine (Sutherland) Nichols, he was brought up in the Shipyard and attended Argyle, Woodill and Sydney Academy where in 1959 was elected as the first Head Boy. David was a member of the first graduating class of the “new” Academy.
Before coming in Montreal, first as a booth announcer, in 1968 David worked at the CBC's radio Station in his home city, Sydney, Nova Scotia, where he did a lot of everything. David duties included a morning show and, at mid-day, spinning a program of classical music for which he has not without qualification. He studied voice (he is a baritone) for six years during three of which he had a music scholarship to Mount Allison University. "But then," he says, "I got bitten by the radio-television thing, because I guess it came fairly easy and the voice training sort of went by the boards." And all along while jouncing around the Maritimes, at the CBC in Halifax and St. Johns before his return, briefly, to Sydney, David had it in mind to be working in Montreal or Toronto. In this city, at 28, he has plainly and by his own admission grabbed onto the brass ring. His Hourglass obligation, besides earning him a living wage, has propelled him into jobs acting in, or as a voice-over for, commercials (the most recent being for Molson's) for which he is of course well paid. From these various sources, one gathers, he makes enough to keep his wife, Beverlee, and their infant son from the poorhouse.
Now, IMDb page for our David is following:

Birthname: William Frederick Swan.
Born: 1937, Taunton, Somerset, England.

William Swan mainly worked in the field of theater, and if he is with us, yes he's around 84, 85. He has a brother Richard (b. 1947) and a sister Barbara (b. 1929). _________________ Denis |

Many thanks to Tom Lingwood, the researcher in the Doctor Who fandom, for details about the next actors in our series (it is worth saying that Tom provided me with the documents, so that I had no doubts ):
1. Leon Lissek
Actor, who played Taxi Driver in the Avengers episode "The Forget-Me-Knot" (1968).
Earlier I found out that Leon was born in 1939, not 1927. 12 years younger than thought all these years.
1) The first piece of evidence was on Ancestry, where in the recording of Heather Canning (Leon's deceased wife), pointed the actor's birth year as 1939.
2) In Australian print media, his age is also indicated in agreement with the fact that he was born in 1939.
https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/262370502?searchTerm=%22leon%20lissek%22
3) Finally, his biography clearly fits into this framework.
Leon has been acting since his childhood, starting at the Kadimah, when it was in Drummond St., through his school-days at Princes Hill, and during his university year (he gave up the law course at Melbourne University about half-way through), when he was part of the Marlowe Society (late 1950s). He went to live in England in 1963.
Now, new information from Tom Lingwood:
Born: 19 January 1939 in Australia.
I updated Wikipedia for Leon Lissek page (hopefully his year of birth will not be changed again by 1927):
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leon_Lissek
Information sent on IMDb:
https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0514181/
2. Barry Stanton
Actor, who played Packer in TNA episode "Hostage" (1977).
Born: 18 February 1940 in Manchester, England, UK (new information is day and month).
Information sent on IMDb:
https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0822719/ _________________ Denis |

Well, Hostage is rather out of place in the New Avengers style, more reminiscent of a straightforward routine thriller (reminds me in some ways of Who Was That Man I Saw You With?). _________________ Denis |

People who have played in episodes of popular TV series seem to be common visitors these days. Take Auckland-born Scott Tyler, for example-now heading back for a film job in Rome, with a Riptide episode to do for Australian TV on the way. Scott, seen while on holiday here in The Late Show has had parts in The Avengers, The Saint, The Forsythe Saga, F.B.I. and The Wild, Wild West, apart from playing important roles in London‘s West End theatre productions.

Interesting article about Patrick: https://www.thefreelibrary.com/WHISKEY+WIZARD+OF+OZ%3B+Irishman+Pat+brings+a+taste+of+the+old+country...-a060433565
IMDb lists his many Australian works and almost nothing from the UK. He played in TV series Emergency Ward 10 (briefly as Dr McNamara), Z Cars (he wrote for this TV series some scripts too), Softly Softly and many others.
Worked in Irish Whiskey Information Bureau from 1996 to 2006.
Moved to Australia in 1967.
