I really thought those four images (along with the Peel era clue), would have given it away, especially as props featured in the Avengers are really rather few and far between. I suppose it does seem a lot easier when you know what it is.
It's a very prominent and significant item used and seen throughout one of the Diana Rigg monochrome episodes, it's featured in virtually a full screen shot at one point As I've nearly completed it, I thought rather than just say what it is I'd post a picture of the finished prop instead, as soon as it's fully dried and cured I'll do just that |

Oh, it put me in mind of the atomic bomb in Goldfinger but it's just occurred to me that it looks like the charm bracelet from How to Succeed... at Murder.
Different women wear different variations, are you doing Sara's? _________________ Mrs Peel, you're needed!

Well done They are indeed clips from the chain and some of the charms attached to the bracelet that was to be given to Mrs. Peel in 'How to Succeed at Murder ....'

Here is an early shot of some of the sculpted charms before they were cast in resin ..

Weather permitting this will be finished this week. Sorry for the delay, the weather here has been dire. I've actually got all the charms hanging by paperclips under halogen spot lights just to try and dry them

It's taken SO much longer to complete this prize than I thought. I've had sculpt each miniature charm and then cast it individually. Charms like the sword had to be cut and sculpted from metal block. All of the charm bracelets in the episode appearing on different women seem to vary a lot, even charms that appear to be same on different bracelets alter. The miniature radio for example had a square sound grill on Sarah's bracelet but a round one on what would have been Emma's. Anyway here are close up shots of six out of the eight charms I've finished so far. The sword, radio, TNT bomb, smoke bomb, mine & poison vial. made to look exactly as they are seen on the bracelet presented to Emma Peel by Henry. The Pistol and wax stamp are still curing.

Poison vial in the shape of a champagne bottle?
Liz and Sara's look more like a mini bottle, although Emma's doesn't - note the little bumps at the bottom, and the foil round the neck under the opening title and around 11:14 (bluray) for the round cork - which is completely missing from Emma's! (Sorry! Really not trying to create more work for you!)
It's just as well you stuck to Emma's as I see there are also: flatiron, handbag, thimble, cameo with walking man?, blotter or signet ring?, barrel, a book?, and a couple of blobby things which might just as well be sacks or curled up cats. _________________ Mrs Peel, you're needed!

No extra work needed
Liz's bracelet (and others) appears to be an authentic silver charm bracelet, on the other hand the bracelet being presented to Emma by Henry is obviously a prop specially created for the shot, and that's solely the bracelet I'm recreating. That said however, the bracelet being worn by Sarah, in the car sequence only, is the same bracelet as the one that's being given to Emma, but by the time it's handed to Emma the bottle of champagne seen on Sara's bracelet has been replaced with a variation on the bottle design. Henry points to it and refers to it as "the vial of poison". As I've recreated the bracelet being presented to Emma by Henry in that shot alone, It's the vial of poison charm I've made rather than the champagne bottle that's seen earlier

Sara's.........................Emma's

This is the actual bracelet I'm recreating, with Henry pointing to the 'vial of poison', at this point it's no longer the champagne bottle style as seen earlier in the episode, although everything else appears to be the same
On another note, the gun charm on Sara's first bracelet as she turns the lock in the office door is not the same gun seen on her second bracelet that she later shoots her victim with in the car. For that close up sequence it seems they used what would appear to be an expensive, and rather highly detailed miniature pistol. I believe that Sara's second screen bracelet and the one being presented to Emma are the same prop. However at some point the champagne bottle came off and was lost and they quickly had to replace it with a less detailed mock up. All 8 charms on that 'hero' bracelet are well made and detailed with the exception of the poison vial which is noticeably crude by comparison. I'd say it was a last minute replacement

Even the radio, sword and smoke bomb charms are crude on that bracelet compared to the detailed ones featured on Emma's. |

The actual gun used in the close up shot where Sara actually fires it in the car was a rare Berloque Miniature Pin Fire Cap Gun watch fob made in Austria.

The Victorian wax seal fob was a pretty hard thing to recreate, but here it is after it's silver effect plating.
