I wouldn't be surprised if we soon read something from Unstoppable like the following:
Now, we are finally at the end of the end of the preparations for the very long awaited new releases. Umm, now it looks like the delay is due to the work with the UFO cards set, which will go under orders along with the Honor Blackman book. _________________ Russian fan-site Steedumbrella.

Has anyone heard any confirmation on the price? I'd love to buy it, but I'm still undecided whether I want to pay £100 or more. I know they are signed, but I have several signed photos, plus two handwritten letters. I have loads of books and magazines with countless images of Honor. I'd love to know just how many new and unseen photos will be in the book. I might wait and see if someone will give a review of the book first, and hope they haven't sold out by the time I decide |

A bargain at any price. This looks to be a very special book and I must have it. |

It's been delayed again. No date on their website anymore, and the countdown clock to pre-orders has gone. They say: "Pre-order later in November for December shipping." |

Could be either. These days authors often sign an insert page (rather than the finished book) which is then bound with the rest of the book at the printing stage. Much preferable (in my opinion) to a stuck-in frontispiece. |

If it's like Unstoppable's other substandard work it'll be a printed signature and not a real one. _________________ Mrs Peel, you're needed!

printed ? shame. would have been much cooler, if ,since it's a limited run, the books had each one signed... |

This book seems to have disappeared off Unstoppable's radar. After promoting it heavily with a countdown clock to its release date, it's now been entirely forgotten about. There's no mention of it any more on their website (just the UFO trading cards), and no mention on their facebook page. I contacted them a few weeks ago to see what was going on, but have had no reply. |

so the book never saw a release ? or if it did (?) was a very limited one, and there were virtually no copies left to obtain ???? |

The book hasn't been released yet. It just seems odd how much pre-publicity Unstoppable did for it - including a clock that counted down until it went up for sale - then to quietly ignore it entirely. Clearly they're still working on it, but the lack of news seems strange. |

I agree. Disappoints me even more that Unstoppable has been behaving extremely frivolously, making all these last postponements without any specific explanations.
I understand that when, for example, a webmaster of "hobby" site may not have time to get into the framework of his schedule due to being busy (and then if he explains the situation to people so that they themselves can analyze what turn of events may happen next), but here the company are working with the products for sell - and a bunch of empty promises.
In fact, I do not rule out that this book about Honor Blackman may never come out, since we do not know for sure the actual state of affairs with this. This may be at the final stage of preparation, or it may be a rollback to the early stage due to plagiarism problems, or something else. I'm really starting to think that sooner or later the company will get into serious problems with its plagiarism. If this book comes out it seems like one will have to ask the company a few questions to make sure it is indeed fully licensed. _________________ Russian fan-site Steedumbrella.
