1. When Emma Peel stops on the staircase of the entrance door to Doctor Primble's reception room, she puts her left foot on the step above the right one...

No, her foot is on the first step in both shots. |

The Joker
1. The different location of the flowers on the table at the entrance area of Steed’s flat in scenes when Emma puts flowers from a vase on the table...
...and when she enters Steed’s flat.
2. When the camera takes medium shot of Steed and Mrs. Peel in the apartment from the side of the sofa, then there is only a casket on the table next to the sofa...
...but at all other angles and plans of this scene, there is an ashtray besides the casket.

Death's Door
1. At first, Emma reads the newspaper "The Daily Clarion"...
...but then, when changing the frame, Emma reads the newspaper "The Times". (Of course, it is not visible on prints worse quality than DVD Optimum).
2. When during a fight, Jepson throws Emma to the fireplace, one empty corner of the floor carpet is bent...
...but when the frame changes, and Emma falls on the carpet near the fireplace, this corner is mysteriously well-straightened and moreover, a revolver appears there.

In THE MAN WITH TWO SHADOWS Cathy answers the telephone at around 15:00 and the reflection of a boom mike can be seen in the metallic wall where the telephone is mounted. |

I watched The Mauritius Penny a few days ago and during the second scene and roughly 3 or 4 minutes into the episode, there is a loud noise which sounds like someone blowing their noise or sitting on a whoopee cushion! This happens just moments before Steed and Cathy leave the apartment. The very same noise occurs again just before the end of part one. I'm currently reading Michael Richardson's excellent book which does mention many bloopers but not this one. I wonder what was responsible for such a noise Rich. |

And it's clearly not Diana Rigg, as can be seen in the second shot as she moves from the steps towards us. Just as she raises her hand to brush back her hair–and to conveniently hide her face–we can see it's not Diana. It's not Cyd, either. I wonder if it's Diana Enright (West)
It seems a bit out of the ordinary, using a double for a studio shot that doesn't involve any stunts. I wonder if Diana was off somewhere else being filmed. . . |

that wasn't the first episode of badly using a double for Diana, in an scene..one comes to mind, Castle death, where it's clearly someone else posing as Mrs.Peel as 'she' is outside the castle..creeping around...looks like a blonde (?) wig ...anyhow, i'm 100 % certain it's not Diana.... |

Despite watching it dozens of times I noticed something I'd never noticed before, as the security guard tackles the Cybernaiut near the start of the episode, it isn't a cybernaut at all but an ordinary man. His face is clearly visible.

It never ceases to amaze me what details can be seen by repeated viewing. Not that I need an excuse to watch them all again and again. |

The message that Steed records into his brolly on the train in 'A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Station' is different to the one Emma hears when she plays it back later. |
