Don't know if anyone's mentioned Sleeper, when Steed and Gambit see the unconscious news paper boy lying next to his bike (another child appearing all be it briefly in the series, from another thread), the camera lingers a little too long and in the back ground of a London that has been entirely knocked out you can fleetingly see some very much awake people and traffic. Isn't this explained with a map and a certain "zone" circle, we see a police car entering a street, and then see the street map with the circle overlapping the street, then back to the car which then crashes.

Another error, is the opening "armour" credits of season 6 where Linda Thorson changes from evening dress to her flowery trouser suit when she catches the carnations.

Obaki. Obaka. Obaki. Obaka.

Let's call the whole thing off.

Surely that's a stylistic choice rather than an error? Emma Peel has a flouncy evening dress and boa and "hair up" in the B&W titles shortly before appearing with leather catsuit...

I still enjoy Emma and the Champagne cork - "It just went with a wallop!" - her ad lib from The Winged Avenger. You can tell she falls out of character and her voice seems to change. Patrick joins in with a "What did you say .... marvelous!" and then returns to the script without missing a beat.

The chemistry between these two is just great.

Haha! You're absolutely right Dandy. Very Happy
Love them together on screen!
I enjoy that scene, too.
For an "average" spectator it seems, that it is also part of the script.
But not for experts, like us. Wink
And I thought Mrs. Peel is frigtened of corks... Mr. Green

Sincerely yours,

Noticed yesterday that when Emma is reading through the P.U.R.R. brochure (Hidden Tiger) she tilts it a little too far towards the camera allowing the audience to see that the pages are just blank plain white paper Laughing

Unfortunately such props were not well done. For example it's just the same with Steed's identity car/ security pass in They Keep Killing Steed. There is just a filler text using "lorem ipsum" instead of a real text on it.

Ha ! In 'The Man Eater of Surrey Green' during the finale, Emma goes from wearing her black leather boots in the fight sequence with Steed to sporting a pair of white open sandals once she's knocked unconscious ! I've watched this episode countless times but only noticed it today - it's quite bizarre !

As the Cybernaut smashing through the metal door to get to Steed in 'Last of the Cybernauts ?' human skin can be seen when the arms are revealed as the shirt sleeves rise up.

Who Was That Man I Saw You With. In the very first scenes the 'Field Marshal' has silver panels with Key barrels & detailing etc on both sides. In subsequent shots this detailed panel is only on one side, the other side is plain black.

Not sure if this is a blooper, but oddly in some of the earlier scenes in How to Succeed at Murder, 'Henrietta', when shot from behind, is being played by a living actress. She even twitches her thumb. This is before the big reveal that she is actually a puppet, so in a way it's conning the viewer. And before anyone says it, I know these things weren't made with the knowledge that one day they'd be scrutinised in high definition on DVD, but even so, it's still a rather misleading thing to do.

This is NO puppet !! Wink

At a guess I'd say it's this woman ...

Same thing in Have Guns - will Haggle - where the mannequin behind the curtain is a stunt person.
(And, dare I say it?, of course the stunt person in place of the mannequin that's dragged away by the alien plant in Man-eater of Surrey Green )

Watched "Love All" a couple of days ago. When Tara is in the window, contemplating a suicidal jump, she looks down at the street below and it's empty beneath her. We then see her view of Steed pulling up and parking directly below her. He gets out of the car, looks up and spots her. He then rushes immediately into the building. We then have two more cuts of Tara's view of the road below and Steed's car has magically vanished!

There was an edit there - he thought "if she jumps she'll land on the car damaging it" so he moved it just in case;)

As he's on his own, it's probably his imagination bringing her to life.

'The Curious Case Of The Countless Clues' - Tara King shows her knickers on more than one occasion during this episode Shocked

The Camera Mans foot can be seen on the edge of the building as he films (from the roof) Diana Rigg arriving at the dance school in 'How To Succeed ... At Murder'.
