Has there ever been a book published that prints all the known tele-snaps ?,
other than the book included in the series 2 dvd box set, the pictures in that are so tiny, I wondered if they had been published much bigger elsewhere ? |

No, but the pdf of the series 1 guide in the 50th anniversary boxed set is pretty high resolution. (Is it available otherwise? I'm not sure). _________________ Mrs Peel, you're needed!

I haven't been able to find the tele-snaps anywhere in bigger versions, I have the series 2 set & not the 50th set, so I don't have the pdf of them.
its a pity they cant be printed much bigger, and also utilised in a re-construction , like loose-cannon did with the missing dr. who's. thanks to big finish we're going to have complete audio recons of the eps soon. |

Um, they were available in a larger format to the restoration team and were used for the restorations on the DVDs! _________________ Mrs Peel, you're needed!

Agreed, but it's a rights issue. The telesnaps are not owned by Studio Canal and they only had permission to use them in a smaller format. _________________ Mrs Peel, you're needed!

I was going to produce a book of the telesnaps, in agreement with their owner Leonard White, but sadly there was a distinct lack of interest on here so I shelved it. I would consider doing it should we have 100 confirmed orders and the profits could go to Leonard's chosen charity as originally planned.
We did a similar idea with the limited reprints of Leonard's caption cards but again we struggled with numbers. The demand isn't huge for Avengers merchandise from my own experience. _________________

I personally would be very interested in a book with high quality reproductions of the telesnaps. I didn't even realize the telesnaps existed until after I bought the DVD boxed set. |

I'd definitely ... Snap it up. I've often pored over the book included with series one, enjoying the visuals that Messrs Leaver and Hammond et all created. It was like the early days of visiting The Avengers Forever and ogling the images from all those episodes I'd yet to see... Except in this case unlikely to ever see (hearing them recreated on big finish doesn't come close). |

I'd buy it too, Jaz, even if it be wishful thinking. _________________ Mrs Peel, you're needed!

Jaz, I'm always interested in all the things that you doing for the Avengers fandom. A book of the telesnaps (guess this will include rare stuff too) is something that is not enough here - I definitely will buy it. _________________ Russian fan-site Steedumbrella.

If you're serious about the 100 confirmed orders, it might get a better reading to advertise more openly, maybe on one of the sites? If you haven't already. |

Crowdfunding might be a better approach, Jaz. _________________ Alan
