Yes, I noticed that. I've got an earlier bootleg CD of a few of his cues and the missing ones are included on that one. I like that harpsicord piece for the Brig's crash into the tree.

I'd love for a follow up release of any remaining Johnson pieces (preferably not paired with a load of his other works that I'm not interested in - a pure Avengers release please!Smile).

In terms of the bootleg, Howard is very aware that this was released (especially as he receives no royalties from it!) and he took the decision to edit a few tracks out of the Silva Screen release.

Oh that's a shame, I'd have loved a complete collection. How did the bootleg manage to leak out?

I have no idea who or how a bootleg appeared and nor has Howard. He (and I) would like to know if anyone's got any info!

It was only ever sold from one place as I recall. A cult films memorabilia kind of shop around Oxford Street somewhere. I saw the bootleg on their website. I was certainly intrigued by it but never bought it.

It had a track of Johnson's music used for Game as the title caption comes up - the music is from Death at Bargain Prices. It seems like whoever made it got hold of some sort of music track for ... i don't know.. maybe foreign sales...?

I'll have a look at my old Roobarbs Forum postings as someone on there told me about it.

Found it. It was a shop called 'Movie Boulevard'. It doesn't exist anymore. It could have changed names though.

Thanks Darren. I don't suppose we'll ever find out who put it out but it certainly had nothing to do with Howard.
