Thanks Allard, that's kind. No museum sadly, but I have teamed up with someone else whose hobby is in a different field completely, all the props will be featured in a unique online Avengers project that is being planned for next year. It's not going to be a website, and it's not going to be announced, it has to be searched for, or simply discovered by accident, that's in keeping with what it is. It's something the like of which hasn't been seen before. However before that can begin, I have to spend the spring/summer of 2018 creating three more large props, two of them being the one armed bandit slot machine from Escape In Time and the egg incubator from The Golden Eggs, and if there is time after that, maybe a few smaller items as well. _________________ Replica Avengers Props

I don't believe this, I've been working on this prop all morning, it's taken me 5 hours to cast two control knobs working from two these images ..

I've bolted the whole thing together so the controls actually turn at each end only to discover that the units in effect only have one control knob ! On some units the knobs are on the left, on others on the right. How could anyone miss that, it's as plain as day when you view the episode

I'll have to remove the excess control knob in the morning. Some more shaping, a good sand down and the correct colour textured top coat and it's almost done. just the electronics to wire up and the viewing visor to add,

These are now finished. The monastery prison cell viewer and the bottle of Lizard Vodka from Get-A-Way.

This Aladdin's Lamp from 'Honey For The Prince' is a really tacky looking prop, but I really want to have a go at making it. Largely because I have absolutely no idea how to go about it, and so it would be a challenge, plus I think it would be nice to have a few replica pieces from this fun episode.

No, but i'm planning it, i've put together all the measurements, but it's a big job and better suited to the warmer weather in the coming spring/summer months _________________ Replica Avengers Props

I think it's supposed to be a wick which has been splayed out but I'm guessing.
EDIT: checked the bluray, definitely a wick _________________ Mrs Peel, you're needed!

Cool, thank you Piers.
Tough one this, the original is very course, and it's certainly not made of metal, it looks like it's sculpted quite roughly in what appears to be plaster and then painted (I assume gold). In fact I'm convinced it's plaster because it looks like it may have got damaged during production, when Emma is holding it towards the end of the episode the handle is completely cracked right through. I have no idea how to make something from that medium so I guess I'll have to make it in plastic and fibreglass and then finish it off in a way that looks like painted plaster ! At least in fibreglass it'll be durable.

Casting the main bowl in two halves ..
The handle I cut from plastic and then built it up in fibreglass, I made the spout the same way ..
Basic construction is done, The handle and spout need shaping to match the original prop and the bowl to be smoothed down. Once that's done I'll set about engraving it.

I suspect the original was the handle and spout moulded onto a commercial foundation or vanishing cream container. _________________ Mrs Peel, you're needed!

Never thought of that. It is a very odd looking lamp. The spout looks too big and thick in comparison to the rest of it. _________________ Replica Avengers Props

Hens Teeth ! I didn't realise there was quite so much detail on this, it's going to take forever ! Maybe if I just rub the lamp and make a wish, then all the engraving will just appear
I'm also wondering how hard it would be to make the Victorian murder weapon from FOG, especially as I have the other pieces. I may make this back to back with the Genie's lamp.

Some more refining today. A comparison between how it looked last Thursday evening and how it looks this morning.
