Oh, Franky, how true it is, this period started in 2015 for us - Avengers fans, I think.
Curious that one of the co-founders of Steedumbrella, Sergei Pronin, the head of productions for Russian Avengers audiobooks, wrote to me yesterday:
"I sympathize ... but now, unfortunately, just the time when our idols are leaving." _________________ Russian fan-site Steedumbrella.

Although everyone is getting older, it does feel particularly shocking to have lost both Diana and Honor in the same year. _________________ Old account paulpdjh |

Paul, many thanks to you too. I did not know for sure that these pictures from the VK social network would be visible to users here, as I posted them from my private closed album on my VK page - but everything turns out to be in order. Thanks!!!
I especially like the black and white photo with Diana and Honor, I haven't seen this before. _________________ Russian fan-site Steedumbrella.

The secret is simple - I am one of the old members of the IMDb, regularly track information about all the people who were included in The Avengers/TNA.
Unfortunately, things with updates have become more complicated this year due to the lack of issues of the British magazine Equity. _________________ Russian fan-site Steedumbrella.

Aleta Morrison died on 13 July 2020.
Avengers fans will remember Aleta for her role as day receptionist in Emma Peel episode Room Without a View (1966).

Probably the best pic from a photo shoot taken in January 1974 at an exhibition of Menachen Gueffen's paintings at the O'Hana Gallery in London. Also in attendance were Gideon Rafael, Israeli Topol, Keith Michell, Miriam Karlin, Christopher Lee and Maurice Kaufmann, Honor's husband at the time.
Lots of interesting conversations and pastime.
Moreover, Diana and Honor repeatedly crossed paths in those years around the theme of the paintings.

It seems soon I will be creating a folder of photos called Diana and Honor together. _________________ Russian fan-site Steedumbrella.

Each year, Death picks up a lot of people we cherish. But 2020 was really a shit year with Diana Rigg, Honor Blackman, Roger Marshall and lots Avengers connected people.
Also for me Sean Connery, Ennio Morricone, Kirk Douglas...A very sad year _________________ Le Monde des Avengers |
