Sad news. This one took me by surprise. Macnee and Blackman were in their nineties, Rigg feels too young, but 82 is old. It's always too soon especially for her family and friends.

Just breaks my heart in this year, of all times. Still in shock.

Farewell Diana and my dear Emma, RIP.

Immensely talented and fiercely independent.

Not unexpected, but deeply saddening.

Hopefully "The Last Word" BBC obituary programme will feature Dame Diana, as it did for Honor Blackman:

I bought all the newspapers yesterday, well six of them with Diana on the front page and multi-page tributes inside. She was hugely loved.

Wow, Franky, it is a good score. I was just recently on Facebook and saw this collection below:

I've taken some photos of the inside pages and put them on Facebook (Alistair Shailes is my account there), most papers had two pages, one of them had three. Lots of colour, and a Sentimental Agent photo I'd not seen before.

Entertainment Weekly have this fun piece about her time on Game of Thrones and what a force of nature she was on set. She inspired awe and a little trepidation

Not being morbid, but I'm just curious if there has been or is being planned any memorial service for Diana. Here in the States, it wouldn't be reported. I know Covid-19 is surging again in Britain so perhaps that's preventing any public service for Diana. Any news from across the pond?
