On Monday we sadly had to say goodbye to Grandma, Aleta, the most kind, talented, beautiful woman (who was quoted as having the longest legs in show buisness, a gene i was not gifted). So sad you've gone but so proud you are my family. Keep on dancing.
Aleta Ainsworth (Morrison)
.......................................................................

It turns out that Aleta died on 13 July of this year at the age of 88.

Aleta's most famous screen work was her role in James Bond film Goldfinger (1964).

Avengers fans will remember Aleta for her role as day receptionist in Emma Peel episode Room Without a View (1966).

RIP

Nice shot, Franky, this is one of those things that once again proves that Aleta was better known as a dancer by occupation. Wink

sad to hear of her passing...another link from the show's past is now gone..

She had the good fortune of working with Honor Blackman in Goldfinger, as part of Pussy Galore's flying circus....
