Was wondering has anyone put a costume/outfit together from The Avengers + The New Avengers. I am very interested in cosplaying John Steed (who isn't), and was just wondering if anyone here has cosplayed as Steed, or/and has cosplayed as an Avenger at all? Smile

I have just bought myself a bowler hat which is listed in this thread below:

I already have a whangee style umbrella which is a good thing. Just need to think about the right type of suit to wear, and also a red carnation.Smile

I'm not actually going to the 50th anniversary event, I think its too late to go now.

A super idea.....surprised nobody has for example cosplayed Purdey ....

I went to OzComicCon as John Steed one year, complete with whangee cane handled umbrella and "You're Needed" cards.

Just a bulk standard fancy dress. Nobody new what I was supposed to be, despite the fact I looked spot on Rolling Eyes

ah the familiar Daleks...not as known in the States, compared to UK/world wide..in the Sates, it's the other way around..for R2D2...

I think I've already made up in the back of my mind that if I HAD TO go all dressed up to something, I'd prefer going as Steed, although I don't have Macnee's build to pull it off.
